- • These Terms and Conditions are called HARIOM TRAVELS Terms and Conditions.
- • Hariom Travels, "the Company", "we", "us" or "our" and its users will be hereinafter referred to as "Clients", "them" or "they".
- • The terms and conditions apply to all domestic and international tours, personalized holidays and corporate trips.
- • By using our website, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires
- • Client/s means all customers, tourists, travelers, vacationers, sightseers, visitors and backpackers who have registered with Hariom Travels.
- • FIT means Free Independent Travel and GIT means Group Inclusive Tour.
- • Customized holiday means a tailor-made holiday designed according to the requirements of each guest.
- • Corporate tours include meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions and seminars.
- • Force Majeure means events beyond reasonable control.

War, hostile invasion, or acts of foreign enemies.

Rebellion, revolution, civil war or military action.

Pandemics, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes and natural disasters.

Government restrictions and legal modifications.

Strikes, lockouts and industrial disruptions.
Additional Policies
- • VISA means a Certificate issued by immigration authorities permitting temporary entry.
- • Cancellation Policy includes all cancellation charges levied by the company.
- • Jurisdiction means the geographical area where courts exercise authority.
- • Terms and Conditions include Booking Forms, Web Pages, Brochures, Payment Policies and other notified documents.
